Abstract

This community service program aims to assist Kebab Ajo Lubuk Begalung Padang, a micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME), in optimizing its operational management to improve productivity and business competitiveness. The partner's main challenges include the absence of documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), suboptimal inventory management, inefficient workflow organization, and the lack of a structured operational performance evaluation system.The program is implemented through a series of activities, including socialization sessions, training, mentoring in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), improvement of inventory control systems, and evaluation of business operations. The expected outcomes include enhanced operational management capabilities of the partner, the establishment of standardized business SOPs, increased work productivity, and the implementation of a more effective and efficient operational management system.Ultimately, this program is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of Kebab Ajo Lubuk Begalung Padang, enabling the business to better respond to the increasingly competitive culinary industry
